Acceptance of terms
By using a Custom Case Kiosk, our website, or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Custom orders & content rights
You confirm that any image or text you upload to print on a case is yours, or that you have the rights to use it. You retain all ownership of your uploaded content. CCK uses the upload only to produce your case and provide reprint support.
Returns & warranty
Custom-printed cases are made to order and are not eligible for return. We replace any case that arrives with a print or manufacturing defect under our lifetime limited warranty — contact support@customcasekiosk.com with your order number.
Prohibited content
We won’t print copyrighted material you don’t own, hateful or harassing imagery, or content that violates the law. Kiosk staff may decline a print on these grounds.
Liability
CCK’s liability for any defect or service issue is limited to the cost of the case. We’re not responsible for damage to a phone caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or normal wear.
